Our Cancellation Policy requires that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you want cancel your appointment.
If you don't arrive at your appointment or request to cancel with less than 48 hours to go until your appointment starts, we'll charge your card $40 as a late-cancellation or no-show fee to at least partly compensate your psychologist for their lost income.
Also, in the event that you're not covered by Medicare your card will be charged for your appointment.
