Why do I need to provide my credit card details?

If you don't show up to your appointment we'll charge you $100 to compensate your psychologist for their time.

Our cancellation policy requires that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment. 

If you don't arrive at your appointment or request to cancel with less than 24 hours to go until your appointment starts, we'll charge your card $100 as a cancellation or no-show fee to at least partly compensate your psychologist for their lost income.
