If you've booked a telephone appointment, be ready to expect a call on your mobile number provided around the time your appointment is scheduled to start.
If it's 1 minute past the scheduled start time and you haven't got a call yet, don't panic!
Your psychologist may be reading through your DASS-21/survey responses, reviewing your Mental Health Care Plan and preparing for your session.
While we schedule 10 minutes between each appointment to give your psychologist time to wrap-up their session before you, as is the case in all clinics sometimes things run over.
We ask that you be patient and know that your psychologist will be with you as soon as they can.
