What services may incur additional fees?
The following administration/duties may incur a fee or not be covered at your appointment:
- Individualised letters made on request and referrals that do not pertain to a template format and may include treatment history.
- Letters or information requested when the client is not currently receiving services with Someone.health.
- Carers allowance forms when the client is not currently receiving services with Someone.health and/or more than 6 months have passed since diagnosis.
- Phone calls that exceed 10 minutes in length.
- Assessments and assessment reports.
- Support letters for visa applications.
- Individualised 'take-home' written programs or instructions.
- School visits for observation, conferences, or meetings.
- Workplace support visits, meetings with employers/staff/support workers, staff training and workshops, written reports, and workplace resources.
- Functional capacity assessments.
