Where do I send my referral and mental health treatment plan?

If you want to get Medicare rebated or bulk billed appointments, you will need to see a GP first.

When you're talking with your GP, you need to request a mental health care plan and referral for your Someone.health psychologist.

They'll know exactly what you're talking about and will have the paperwork readily accessible.

We suggest you ask for a copy, so you can upload your own documents. Alternatively, ask your GP to send the documents to:

You will need a GP referral first before you can book your first bulk-billed appointment. The mental health care plan can be followed before your schedule session. When you make a booking, you will be prompted to upload your GP referral before proceeding to the next step. When you set a password and log in you, can also manage your documents in your profile.
