What do you do with low performing clinicians?

We have a process in place to address low-performing clinicians and ensure the highest quality of care.

 Here's how we handle it:

  1. Regular Performance Monitoring: We review clinician statistics on a weekly basis to ensure consistent high-quality care.
  2. Performance Review Meeting: If we detect any indicators of low performance, we schedule a review meeting with our Clinical Director. During this meeting, results are discussed, and actions and solutions are suggested to help improve performance.
  3. Peer Support: In some cases, we may connect low-performing clinicians with a peer group for additional support and guidance.
  4. Ongoing Monitoring: We continue to monitor the clinician's performance to assess whether their statistics improve or worsen.
  5. Removal from the Platform: If a clinician's performance does not improve despite our support and interventions, we may consider removing them from the platform to maintain the quality of care provided to our clients.

Our priority is to ensure that all clinicians on our platform deliver the best possible care, and we take proactive steps to address any performance concerns.
