NSW, Victoria, Tasmania and ACT (AEDT)
From now until 4 April 2022 we operate on Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
If you are in the following states your time will be the same as all times given in booking confirmation and reminder emails:
Queensland follows Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
When daylight savings is in effect in the southern states you will need to subtract one hour to all the times you read in our communication in order to attend your appointment at the correct time.
This means if you receive an SMS notification for a 2pm AEDT appointment, it will actually take place at 1pm AEST in QLD.
South Australia and Broken Hill (ACST)
South Australia and the city of Broken Hill are always 30 minutes behind Sydney.
If your appointment is scheduled for 2pm AEDT, that is going to be 1:30pm in your local time.
Western Australia (AWST)
Western Australia observes Australian Western Standard Time (AEST +8).
During daylight savings in the eastern states you will need to subtract three hours to all the times you read in our communication in order to attend your appointment at the correct time.
This means if you receive an SMS notification for a 2pm AEDT appointment, it will actually take place at 11am in WA.
