We offer six different appointment types depending on your situation or entitlements.
- Medicare rebate: For Medicare card holders, the Australian government supports up to ten sessions annually with a qualified psychologist. Pay upfront for a session with the psychologist of your choice, and after the Medicare rebate, you’re only $40 out-of-pocket. See the able below for the breakdown of fees.
- Medicare bulk bill: If you're a Medicare card holder, we offer $0 bulk billing for up to ten sessions per year for anyone who needs it.
- Self fund: If you want to pay privately, our affordable rates are some of the best in Australia. The table below outlines the two different fees, which depend on your psychologist's experience.
- NDIS: For self managed or plan managed participants. If your plan covers psychology, you have $0 to pay.
- WorkCover or WorkSafe: If your workers compensation claim covers psychology, you have $0 to pay.
- Veterans (DVA): Gold and white cards are accepted with $0 to pay.

^ Under Medicare, once you have utilised all the sessions included in your mental health treatment plan for the year (which usually totals ten sessions in a calendar year), you will move to Self fund appointments and you'll be required to pay the full fee ($136.65 or $181.85 depending on your psychologist's experience).
* Bank fee - if you're paying using an Australian bank card, the fee is $0.30 plus 1.7% of the total amount, plus GST.
