How much is a psychology session?

We offer six different appointment types depending on your situation or entitlements.

  1. Medicare rebate: For Medicare card holders, the Australian government supports up to ten sessions annually with a qualified psychologist. Pay upfront for a session with the psychologist of your choice, and after the Medicare rebate, you’re only $40 out-of-pocket. See the able below for the breakdown of fees.
  2. Medicare bulk bill: If you're a Medicare card holder, we offer $0 bulk billing for up to ten sessions per year for anyone who needs it.
  3. Self fund: If you want to pay privately, our affordable rates are some of the best in Australia. The table below outlines the two different fees, which depend on your psychologist's experience.
  4. NDIS: For self managed or plan managed participants. If your plan covers psychology, you have $0 to pay.
  5. WorkCover or WorkSafe: If your workers compensation claim covers psychology, you have $0 to pay.
  6. Veterans (DVA): Gold and white cards are accepted with $0 to pay.
