  • Regular Quality Dashboard Reviews: Our Clinical Director conducts weekly reviews of our Quality Dashboard. This dashboard provides essential statistics that help us assess the quality of interactions between our clinicians and clients. Any clinicians with performance scores below our predefined standards are promptly reviewed and provided with support and guidance for improvement.
  • Complaints Handling: We take every client's concern seriously. All complaints are thoroughly reviewed within 5 working days. When necessary, corrective actions are promptly taken to address the issue and prevent its recurrence. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and it plays a vital role in our continuous improvement efforts. We also love receiving compliments and will pass these along to clinicians, with your permission.
