# How do I switch or change psychologists?

## We have over 200 psychologists available to choose from, with many having available appointments in the coming days.

It's perfectly normal if you don't feel a strong connection with your initial match. To switch to a different psychologist:

1. Visit our website to explore other available therapists.
2. Review their profiles and specialties to find a better fit.
3. Once you've chosen someone or even need help in getting recommendations, email [team@someone.health](mailto:team@someone.health) with the details and your availability.
4. Our team will promptly schedule your appointment with the new therapist.
5. Your profile will then be linked to your new psychologist and you can book future appointments through our secure portal.
