How do I change my appointment?

Can't make your appointment? No worries, you can reschedule your appointment when you log into your profile.

Since July 27, 2026, we're using our own patient management system called Swift.

Set a password for your account here first, if you haven't yet.

If you've already set a password, log in here and select Appointments on the left sidebar menu. Select the appointment you want to change and reschedule or cancel.
