How do I cancel an appointment?

All appointments must be cancelled in your secure someone.health portal.

Can't make your appointment? No worries, here's how you can cancel your appointment: 

1. Visit my.someone.health
2. Log into your account
3. Select the appointment you'd like to cancel
4. Hit the Cancel button
5. Give a reason why you're cancelling

You'll need to make sure you give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment is scheduled to start, otherwise there's a $40 late cancellation fee that will be charged to your card.
