How do I cancel an appointment?

All appointments must be cancelled in your secure Someone.health portal.

Can't make your appointment? No worries. Here's how you can cancel your appointment: 

1. Visit my.someone.health
2. Log into your account
3. Click on the coloured circle with your initials inside 
4. Select Manage my appointments
5. Select the appointment you'd like to cancel and click on the edit icon
6. Hit Cancel this appointment
7. Confirm cancellation

You'll need to make sure you give us at least 48 hours notice before your appointment is scheduled to start. Otherwise a $40 late cancellation fee will be charged to your card.
