Do I have to install any apps?

Whilst there are no apps to install, video consults require a good internet connection to start your consultation. You can access your appointment on any device.

You can access the links to your video consultation through the email sent to your with your appointment details. If you have registered, you can also access the links when you log into the patient portal.
