# Why do I still need to provide my credit card details?

## A $100 fee will apply if you miss your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Our cancellation policy requires that you give us at least 24 hours notice if you want to change or cancel your appointment.

Your card details are stored securely with our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or hold your card number ourselves.
